Changing the narrative about men's mental & physical health
WHAT WE DO
Here at IMHR, we are driven by a single goal; having the discussion with men about their health and longevity.
Teaching people about men's health is crucial because men often face unique health challenges and may be less likely to seek medical attention or engage in preventative health practices. By increasing awareness and understanding of these challenges, individuals can take proactive steps to maintain their health and prevent or manage health issues before they become more serious. Additionally, education about men's health can help break down stigmas and encourage open communication about health concerns, which can ultimately lead to improved health outcomes and a higher quality of life for men. Finally, educating individuals about men's health can also benefit society as a whole by reducing healthcare costs, increasing productivity, and promoting overall wellness.
IMHR also plans to spread education on current medical science advances online through an upcoming video series called Heath Loop.
